I was thrown into Salon Leadership at a very young age by my hairdresser boyfriend, I had to learn on the job and probably made all the mistakes you could make! But I was blessed with a caring nature and I soon learnt that a kind leader nurtures much better results and that being kind does not make you weak, on the contrary, it takes a strong person to lead with kindness.
In the early years it was a frenzy of opening salons, I think we opened five in as many years, whilst this was happening we also managed to welcome our two amazing children into our family.
I have timeless wisdom, a live, laugh, love outlook and a dogged determination to help you build a successful salon, live your happiest life and prove to you that leading with human kindness, truth, authenticity and respect gets the best results.
